Ingredients
one dozen eggsany vegetable (chopped in small pieces)any meat of your choicesplash of watersalt and peppermuffin pan
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
wisk eggs together in an easy pour container
add a splash of salt and pepper
grab your muffin pan and pour 1/3 egg mixture in each
add your other items in the muffin pan
pour remaining mixture over the top
cook in oven for 15-20 minutes
