Ingredients
Quick oats.Brown sugar.GF pancake mixAn egg or two.MilkWhey protein powder.Bacon grease.Spices as you like.
Directions
Mix all ingredients but grease together, adding water if too thick then cook in frying pad in the grease. Cook up just like pancakes.
