Orzo with Spinach Pesto

Ingredients
*Orzo, Barilla, uncooked, 16 oz Spinach, fresh, 12 oz*Pine Nuts, .25 cup Garlic, 3 clove Basil, 4 tbsp Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Olive Oil, .25 cup
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2. In a two quart saucepan bring 2 cups of chicken broth to a rolling boil. Add chopped herbs (garlic and basil), chopped pine nuts, and chopped onion and allow to boil for 5 minutes.

3. Turn off heat and stir in olive oil and fresh spinach.

4. Add the pesto to cooked orzo and mix well before serving.

    Sorry for confusing you, it should be two 8 ounce cups.
