Turkey-Veggie Burgers

Ingredients
1 pound Ground Turkey, extra lean2 large Carrots, shredded1/2 medium Onion, minced1 clove of Garlic, minced1/2-1 cup of dry Oatmeal depending on desired consistency (preferably quick oats, but any variety will work)**Salt and Pepper to taste.
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until all ingredients are well incorporated throughout. Separate and shape into 6 to 8 patties depending on how big you like them. Cook in a skillet over the store or on the grill until cooked through.
