Ingredients
Eggs or Egg SubstituteMargarineMilkVelveeta Cheese-(Light)Shredded Cheddar CheeseShredded Colby Jack CheeseShredded Mozzerella CheesePaprika
Directions
Bring elbow macaroni to a boil in salt water. Cook noodles aldente. Drain; in a bowl, add half a stick of margarine stir, allowing the margarine to melt in; coat the cooked noodles with 2 beaten eggs or egg substitute evenly. Pour noodles into 8x8 cooking dish. Melt velveeta and pour as evenly as possible over noodles. On top of the noodles and velveeta, now start adding the shredded cheeses in layers; cheddar, colby jack and mozerella. Pour 1 cup of milk over the layers of cheese and noodles. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until golden on top, at 350 degrees. Enjoy!

    The only reason I couldn't rate this as incredible is because the recipe was somewhat hard to follow. Otherwise this is the best tasting baked macaroni I have ever had!!! - 1/25/08

    um..how many cups of noodles do you use..i had to guesstimate - 11/27/08
