Banana Bread Muffins with Chocolate Chips

1/4 cup vegetable oil1/3 cup applesauce, unsweetened2 tsp vanilla1 cup splenda+fiber1 1/2 cup all purpose flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon3 large RIPE bananas1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease muffin pan.
In a large bowl, cream the oil, applesauce, and sugar and add vanilla. Sift in the flour, baking soda and salt. Blend in the mashed bananas. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until it tests done with a toothpick.
