Cauli Mash

Ingredients
2 cups of cut up cauliflower1 T. crushed garlic2 T. diced onion1 package of low sodium chicken broth mixed with 1/2 cup of boiling water
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and boil until Cauliflower is soft. Be careful not to let it boil dry. If low add just a little more water. If too watery when cooked drain a little. Using a mixer or potato masher, mix or mash until all blended. Serve
