Ingredients
I/2 c. Sugar Free chocolate chips8 T.Sunflower Oil 1/2 c. Coconut Flour1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 to 1 Tsp. espresso powder or Instant Espresso1/2 Tsp. salt6 large eggs at room temperature7 T. Agave Syrup2 tsp. Cider Vinegar1 Tsp. Baking Powder3 T. Milk1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract1/2 c. walnuts
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in another bowl then mix them together. Scoop into a "PAM" sprayed non-stick 8X8" pan -- I use a pan with 12 dividers made for brownies. Place a shallow pan of water on the oven shelf under the brownies. Bake in 350* oven 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 12 brownies.
