Pease pudding

Ingredients
split yellow peas, dried, 200 gram(s) Boiled bacon, visible fat removed, 100 gram(s) I use off cuts, trimmed of visible fat Garlic, 8 clove Rosemary, 1 or more sprigs, fresh Thyme, fresh, 1 or more sprigs, fresh Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Trim all visible fat from the bacon (I use off-cuts).
Place all ingredients in a crock-pot, cook on low for 6 - 7 hours
Blend (I use a "wand" blender in the pot!)
Season after tasting.
