Marinated Grilled Veggies

Ingredients
2 Red Potato, sliced1 cup Asparagus, sliced1/4 Red Bell Pepper, sliced1/4 Yellow Bell Peppers, sliced1/4 Orange Bell Pepper, sliced1/2 cup Broccoli, cut1/2 cup Summer squash, sliced1/2 cup Carrots, sliced1 cup Mushrooms, sliced1 cup Kraft Fat Free Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
Directions
Marinate all vegetables in Italian dressing for at least 30 minutes (I like to marinate mine overnight). Place veggies into a foil packet and place on grill for about 20-30 minutes.

    Family and company enjoyed this. I used red potatoes, red & green peppers, mushrooms, yellow squash, corn on the cob pieces, baby carrots. The squash and peppers were overdone but I cooked it longer than reccommended. Might would add peppers & squash at half time next time. - 4/27/08
