Ingredients
sun dried tomato marinated chicken breastsliced roasted red pepperfresh basil leavesparmesan and mozzarella cheese mixedItalian seasoning
Directions
butterfly and pound chicken breast
on 1/2 of the breast sprinkle cheese mix
layer with red pepper
put fresh basil on top and fold breast over
spray pan and place stuffed breast in pan
bake in preheated oven at 350 for 30 mins. Remove from oven and add more cheese mix to top. Increase heat to 375 and bake until cheese is brown and bubbly
