Quick Apple-raisin Salad

1 large Red Delicious apple 2 medium stalks of celery1 cup raisins (not packed)2 oz chopped walnuts (approx. 1/2 cup)2 TBSP mayonnaise
PREP: Core apple and cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice celery lengthwise twice and cut into small pieces.
Add all ingredients to small mixing bowl and toss gently to coat with mayonnaise.
Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator.
Makes 4 one-half cup servings.
