Ingredients
1 lb. Buffalo Meat1 T Minced Onion1 T Dried Cilantro1 T Worchester Sauce1 tsp Brown Sugar1 egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and form into 4 burgers. Grill 6 minutes on one side. Flip an grill 4 - 5 minutes on other side or until done.

    Absolutely delecious. I replaced the worchester sauce with fat free italian dressing, and did not include an egg. With condiments it came up to 220 calories. Not bad for a burger. - 7/28/09

    Tasted great! I didn't have any worchester sauce, so I did part soy sauce & part barbeque sauce. Also, I didn't have time to get the grill going, so I broiled the burgers. Worked perfect & tasted great!
