Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped carrots1/4 cup chopped celery1/2 cup oats1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese2 large eggsLipton onion soup mix1 lb ground veal
Directions
Chop carrots and celery. Mix all ingredients by hand. Place in a meatloaf pan. Cook till done.

    I would recommend chopping the veggies in a food processor because the carrots were not cooked through. Overall an okay recipe. It really stretched a pound of meat! :) - 4/13/11
