Deconstructed Won Ton Soup

1 lb ground chicken3 cups savoy or any cabbage1 16oz package frozen shelled edamame3 jalapeno or serrano peppers (more if you like it spicy)4 xlarge knorr chicken bouillon cubes2 T grated ginger root24 wonton wrappers (sliced into 4 strips)3 green onions - chopped4 T chopped cilantro (or as much as you want)3 T soy sauce12 C water
cook ground chicken with sesame oil in stock pot.
add cabbage, peppers and edamame cook for a minute or two.
Add water and bouillon and ginger. simmer for about 10 minutes. Add strips of wonton wrappers a few at a time to keep them from clumping. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cilantro, green onion and soy sauce.. Enjoy.
