Joe's Homemade Jalapeno Poppers with Bacon

Ingredients
3 Jalapeno Peppers, halved and seeded2 oz cream cheese (neufchatel or other lower fat cream cheese)6 slices bacon
Directions
Bake your bacon until it's partly done, keeping it somewhat pliable.

Halve peppers, cut out seeds and membrane. Fill with cream cheese and wrap with a slice of bacon.

Cook until desired doneness is reached.
