banana choco chip oat muffins

Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats(not quick) Baking powder 3 tspBaking soda 1 tsp4 small ripe bananas1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup plain non fat greek yogurt2 large eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips or chips of your choice
Directions
Blend oats in a blender or bullet until powdered. Combine all dry ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.
Add all wet ingredients amd hand mix until combined well.
Fold in chocolate chips
Use foil muffin cups to line muffin tin and spray each cup with non stick cooking spray(paper ones will stick to muffins because this is not a flour recipe)
Pour into muffin tins and bake at 375 for 15/20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let rest for ten minutes to cool before serving
