Baked Tilapia

Ingredients
* *Tilapia, 16 oz * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Stewed Tomatoes, 1 can ( 14.5 ozs.) * Thyme, dried 1 t. * Green Olives, chopped, .5 c. *Red Pepper flakes, 0.5 t. * Garlic, 2 cloves, chopped Red onion, chopped 1/3 c. * Lime Juice, 1 T.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients , except fish, together. Pour over tilapia fillets. Season with salt.
Bake uncovered for 15- 20 minutes.
