Blueberry Lemon Protein Bars

1 cup old fashioned oats1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup almond milk 1/2 cup of yoplait greek yogurt lemon2 egg whites1/2 cup sugar1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda2 tbs lemon juice2 scoops whey protein vanilla1 cup of blueberries 8x8 baking pancooking spray of your choice
350 degree oven
blend all ingredients except the blueberries, until smooth. Pour batter into greased pan and distribute blueberries evenly on top. Place in a preheated oven for 30-40 mins. Let cool and cut into 9 squares.
