Ingredients
1 Raw Egg1/2 red grapefruit, sections and juice2 stawberries de-stemmed and halvedBlueberries, just grab a few, I used 15Red raspberries same as above, but I used about 10Fresh Spinach, I just grabbed a handful1/2 cup 2% Daisy Cottage Cheese (there are no additives in this brand)2 Scoops of Itworks Greens1 Tsp Stevia in the Raw
Directions
Crack your egg into a tall cup, dump all your ingredients in, use a stick/wand blender (If you don't have one, dump ingredients into a regular blender) and blend until smooth. Drink.
