Ingredients
1 1/2 scoops Jarrow Whey Protein Powder - Unflavored1 cup frozen whole Blueberries1/2 cup fresh Strawberries2 packets of Splenda 1 tbsp ground Cinnamon9 oz (just over 1 cup) Organic unsweetened almond milk 2 tbsp Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and use the smoothie button (if your blender has that option) or just blend until it's nice and smooth.
