Banana Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients
1 ripe banana, mashed1/2 cup Iogo vanilla lactose-free yogurt1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk1 cup quick (1 minute) oats2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
1. Mash a ripe banana in a bowl with a fork. Add yogurt and almond milk to mashed banana and mix until well combined.
2. Add cinnamon, oats and coconut to wet mixture and stir well. Mixture will be very wet.
3. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings of 1 cup each
