Sesame Tofu stirfry

Ingredients
extra firm tofu , mixed fresh vegetables, 2T soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 T peanut oil, 1 t sesame seeds and oil, 2 t borwn sugar, 1 T corn starch, 1 cup vegetable broth,
Directions
Makes 4 large servings. Serve over brown rice.

Drain tofu between papertowels - cut into cubes, mix sesame oil, corn starch, brown sugar, 1/2 of broth and soysauce - set aside. Sitrfry veggies in peanut oil, Add remaining broth and cover to steam vegetables add tofu. Add soy sauce mixture and stir until thickens.
