beef an vegetable meatloaf

Ingredients
3 slices white bread crusts removed1/3 cup milk750g beef mince2 teaspoons oregano1 brown onion2 clove garlic1 cup frozen mixed veg1 egg1/3 cup tomato sauce1/3 cup bbq sauce1/2 cup grated cheese1/2 cup fresh white bread crumbs
Directions
1. preheat oven to 200 c 180c fan forced
line base and side of a 7cm deep 11 cm x 21cm loaf pan with baking paper allow 4cm over hang at ends
2. place bread and milk in a bowl stand for 10 min. add beef, oregano, onion, garlic, veg mix, egg and sauces. Using your hands mix to combine.
3.Press into prepared loaf tin.
4. Mix bread crumbs and cheese together top the meat loaf with this mixture then bake for 50 -55 min or until firm stand for 10 min slice and serve with mashed potato beans and gravy
