Sausage and Egg Paleo Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. sausage1 1/2 doz. eggs1/2 red bell pepper1/2 of 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed1/2 C carrots, chopped1 tsp. rosemary2 Tbsp. Basil
Directions
Brown and crumble sausage, then place on plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess fat. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Fill lightly greased muffins tins with mixture and bake at 375 degrees until firm.
