Low Carb pan fried pork chops

Pork - No Name Boneless Pork Loin Chops, 24 oz (remove)Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing, 12 tbsp (remove)pork rind 14g per svg, 3 serving (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)Sage, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove) Crushed Red Peppers (fresh dried) 1 tsp, 1 tsp (remove)Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
Marinate the pork chops in the Italian dressing overnight.
Crush pork rinds in a blender until they become a bread crumb like texture.
Combine the crushed pork rinds and herbs and spices in bowl.
Remove chops one by one from marinade, and coat each side of chops in the powdered mixture.
Cook in a non stick pan for 5-10 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with green beans and potatoes, or as a sandwich.
Serving Size: Makes about 4 for ounce servings
