Low Fat Egg, Turkey Sausage and Veggie Casserole

1 lb. turkey breakfast sausage1 lg. onion, chopped1 6 oz. can mushrooms, chopped1 lb. bag frozen broccoli cuts4 oz. shredded cheeses1 lg. container egg beatersspices: 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Cook- brown and drain turkey sausage and place in a 13x9-inch pan, sprayed with cooking spray. In same fry pan, brown onion, and mushrooms. Adding broccoli after 5 minutes until vegetables are tender but not mushy. Add vegetables to sausage and mix, add cheese and mix again, after add spices. Pour over all a large container of egg substitute and mix gently.
Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
