Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1# Beef, top sirloin cut into thin ½" strips½ cup mushrooms, sliced ½ cup, chopped Onions, (1 medium)2 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter 1 can (10.5 oz),Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 2 tbsp Ketchup1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Salt 3 Tbsp Flour, white 1 cup Low Fat Sour Cream 3 cup Egg Noodles, enriched
Directions
Cut meat diagonally into very thin slices.
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until tender; remove from skillet.
Brown meat lightly on both sides in same skillet.
Set aside 1/3 cup consumme; stir remaining consomme, catsup, garlic and salt into skillet.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Blend reserved 1/3 cup consomme and flour; stir into skillet.
Add mushrooms and onions.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute.
Reduce heat. Stir in sour cream; heat through.
Serve over hot noodles.
