Garlicky Quinoa Pasta with Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
2 cups chopped fresh broccoli6 T. olive oil1 T. Italian SeasoningSalt to taste8 oz Quinoa pasta10 cloves garlic, minced1/2 t. crushed red pepper1 c. grated Parmesan cheese2 T. fresh basil1 1/4 c. vegetable stock
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees; line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil. Combine broccoli, 1 T. olive oil & Italian seasoning in large bowl and toss to coat. Cook in baking sheet, stirring occasionally for about 15 min. Cook pasta as directed. Saute garlic in olive oil for 2 min. stir in crushed red pepper, salt to taste and 1 1/4 c.vegetable stock. Add all remaining ingredients and toss. Serve immediately!
