anzac biscuits

Ingredients
1 cup plain flour1 cup rolled oats1 cup brown sugar1 cup desicated coconut125g butter2 tbs golden syrup1 tbs bicarb soda
Directions
in a large mixing bowl combine flour, oats, sugar & coconut

in a saucepan heat butter & golden syrup, slowly add bicarb, add to dry mix

combine

roll into balls, and place on greased/lined baking tays 5cm apart - flatten slightly with a fork

throw in a moderate oven until golden brown

cool on a rack

serve & enjoy!
