Fluffy Fruit Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 c. wheat flour1/2 c. AP flour1 pk. Truvia½ tsp vanilla extract½ tsp cinnamon2 tsp baking powder¼ tsp salt3/4 c. milk1 banana, mashed* or ½ c. applesauce2 egg whites
Directions
Combo dry ingredients in bowl, then stir in milk and mashed banana. In another bowl, beat egg whites stiff. Fold egg whites into other bowl mixture.
Spray and preheat griddle with nonstick coating over medium heat.
Pour 1/4 c. batter onto hot griddle. Cook until pancakes are golden, 1 -2 minutes each side.
