Tomato Soup with Sour Cream

Ingredients
15 oz can Wild Oats organic tomato sauce1 qt (4 c) Wild Oats organic low sodium chicken broth2 tsp fresh basil, chopped1 tbsp Kerrygold butter1/2 c Daisy sour creamLawry's garlic salt to taste1 tsp onion powderAccent to tase
Directions
Melt butter and add chopped basil. Cook until wilted. Add all other ingredients and stir till incorporated. Simmer on low heat for about an hour.
