Lowfat Bran Cinnamon raisin muffin

Ingredients
1 13/4 cup of wheat bran cereal1 cup buttermilk1 Large egg1 cup of flour1/3 cup brown sugar( i use splenda to cut the sugar)1 tbsp of baking powder1 cup of raisins1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
first combine cereal, milk and egg let set

In another bowl put flour,baking powder, and cinnamon then mix in cereal mixture blend together then add in raisins. ( or any fruit you like) but you'll need to adjust the calorie intake)
Yummo!!!!!!!!!!! there is a topping but i elimated it! to cut the calories,
