Overnight Blueberry Oatmeal Parfait

1/4 cup of old fashioned rolled oats (NOT instant oatmeal)1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk1/4 cup of Chobani - plain non-fat Greek Yogurt1/4 cup of fresh blueberries 1 packet of Splendadash of cinnamon
1. Mash the blueberries at the bottom of a cup or a mason jar. Preferably a mason jar.
2. layer all the other ingredients on top of the blueberries.
3. mix everything with a spoon or if it's in a mason jar, than close it with the cover and shake it until everything is mixed well.
4. place the covered mason jar (or cup) in the refrigerator over night.
5. in the morning, you have your yummy breakfast ready and waiting for you.
Serving Size: makes 1 serving
