Ingredients
4 cans mackerel from chicken of the sea1 onionsaltine crackers3 eggs
Directions
mix mackerel, all eggs, 6 saltine crackers, and one diced onion in a bowl. Pat out fish patties. Fry in the oil, using only as much oil as needed at a time.
