Jambalaya (w/shrimp & chicken)

Ingredients
1 box Zatarain's Red Beans & Rice1 lb cooked shrimp1/2 lb chicken cubes2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes1 cup green pepper chopped1 cup chopped onion2 tbs Green Tobasco Sauce
Directions
Chop chicken into bite sized pieces and brown in large skillet. Fry onion and peppers in skillet w/meat drippings til soft. Add Ro-Tel to skillet. Add rice package. Add about 2 cups of water. Stir well to get spices mixed. Add 2 tsp of green tabasco. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 or 30 minutes. Add shrimp during last 10 minutes of cook time.
