flat iron steak,honey,balsamic vinegar,olive oil,lemon juice,worcestershire sauce,rosemary,garlic powder,salt,pepper
mix all ingred together except steaks. add steaks into the marinade & let marinade for at least 6 hrs. take steaks out of marinade,discard marinade & grill for 4 min on each side
