4 oz Shrimp, steamed (pealed and deveined) .5 oz Cilantro Raw (mostly leafs but I like stems)2 oz Celery (Raw)1.5 oz Jalapeno Raw (I like it hot)12 oz V8 100% Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium Spicy Hot2 oz Avocados raw (pealed)
Finely chop Onions, Celery, Cilantro, Jalapeno and Avocados (peeled) and put into bowl Add Shrimp (pealed and deveined). Add V8 spicy hot or use clamato and black pepper for a more authentic Mexican flavor. I don't eat salt but if you do add it to yours but the recipe does not have any in it.
Serving Size: Makes almost 3 cups a meal for one or 2 to 3 appetizers
