Garden Fresh Gazpacho

Ingredients
8 Roma tomatoes2 cucumbers10 sprigs of parsley3 cloves of garlic2 beef bullion cubes dissolved in 1 c. boiling water (cooled)2 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
Directions
Put 4 of the tomatoes in food processor, cut in quarters and purree until liquidy. Add remainder ingrediets chopped in chunks for food processor and chop until lumpy.

Serve cold. Better if left to chill before serving so flavors can blend together.

Add other desired seasonings such as hot sauce, salt &pepper etc. to taste.

    Just made this. It was alittle bland but other than that i did enjoy it :) i added a litte bit of lime juice aswell :) very yummie but not fantastic - 7/6/12
