Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1 1/4 pounds) trimmed1/2 teaspoon salt3 cloves garlic, inced1 teaspoon ground coriander1 teaspoon ground cumin1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
-Preheat grill to medium-high, indirect method
-Mash garlic and the salt in a small bowl until it becomes a paste. Stir in the oil, coriander and cumin. Rub the mixture on both sides of each chicken thigh.
-Grill the chicken thighs until an instant-read thermometer reads 155 degrees F, 8 minutes per side.
