Egg White Egg Salad

Ingredients
2 Hard boiled eggs, whites only1 Tablespoon Olive Oil mayoSaltPepperPaprikaHealthy Life Bread, made with Whole Wheat, but choose your own flavor of Healthy Life
Directions
Hard boil eggs, allow to cool enough to peel.
Once peeled allow to cool down before adding mayo.
You can make these ahead of time for an even quicker fix.

Cut eggs in half, remove yolks. Chop whites, add mayo and seasoning, mix.

You can toast bread or not according to your taste.

Put egg salad on bread/toast

You can also add some lettuce to your sandwich.
