Apple Pancake German style

Ingredients
3 lg eggs1/2 cup milk plus 2 TBLS1/2 cup flour plus 2 TBLS1 Tbls butter1 apple
Directions
Slice apple and saute in half the butter. While apple is cooking, preheat oven 425 and heat a 10" cast iron skillet. Milt the remaining butter in skillet. Mix the eggs, flour, and milk and pour into hot skillet. bake for 25 minutes or until puffed and brown. Serve with apples in the middle.
