Whole-Wheat Tortillas from book

Ingredients

3 cups whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt5 T. coconut oil, chilled and solid, plus more for cooking1 cup warm water
- in food processor combine flour, baking powder, salt. Pulse
- add cold coconut oil until crumbly
- with mixer on, pour water through tube until comes into a ball (about a minute), add more flour or water as needed to make soft ball
- divide into 14 balls, partially flatten each, cover with towel to avoid drying out
- heat skillet, add oil, let heat up.
- on lightly floured surface, roll each into 8" tortilla
- cook until bubbles form and just starting to brown, flip.
- remove to plate, cover with towel until finished
