Smashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
2 cups cooked Cauliflower2 TBSP Butter1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 TBSP cream Salt Pepper
Directions
Boil Cauliflower. Mash cooked Cauliflower with a potato masher to desired consistency. Add butter, cream, and cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. Stir togther.
