Ingredients
Coconut FlourBaking SodaEggsAlmond Milk (unsweetened)1/4 tsp sea salt***1/2 cup coconut oil can be substituted in place of the almond milk but will result in different nutritional information.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Mix all ingredients and stir until smooth. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    there's no quantity for any of the ingredients except for the salt :-) so it's not actually possible to try this - 6/28/15
