Ingredients
1 can Alaskan wild caught pink salmon2 large Eggland's Best eggs1 tbsp organic coconut flour1 tbsp dried onion flakes2 sprays olive oil Pam
Directions
Drain and flake salmon into medium mixing bowl . Add eggs, coconut flour, and onion flakes. Shape into five patties. Spray nonstick skillet with olive oil Pam and cook patties until browned on first side, 8 to 10 minutes. Turn, spray pan with Pam, and cook patties until browned.
