Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Chuck (85%)1/2 c coarsely chopped onions3/4 c sliced celery1 15 oz can diced tomatoes1 8 oz can tomato sauce1 8 oz can mushroom stems and pieces1 14 oz can artichoke hearts1 1/2 c broken cauliflower2 + 2 T olive oilgenerous sprinkling of the following:Italian SeasoningSam's Rosemary & Garlic Seasoningminced garlic, fresh or driedsalt
Directions
Brown ground beef in 2 T olive oil. Add onion and celery and cook until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Add seasonings (heavy sprinkling of Italian Seasoning, Rosemary & Garlic Seasoning, minced garlic, & salt). Simmer uncovered until cauliflower is done.
