1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (full fat)1/2 Cup Coconut Water4 Plums1 Banana2 Dates - soaked1 tsp fresh Ginger Root1 cup greens (optional)Some vanilla or one vanilla bean1/2 Cup Ice Cubes

Blend in high speed blender. Add ice cubes if desired or use coconut water and coconut milk ice cubes in place of measured 1/2 cups.
