Salmon Patties

10 oz Can Canned Atlantic Salmon1/3 cup Mayo1/3 cup Dry Bread Crumbs1/4 Cup Onion finely chopped1/2 stalk Celery, finely chopped1/8 tsp Dill1/4 tsp Pepper1/4 tsp Garlic PowderSalt to taste1 tsp & 1 tbls oil
Mix salmon, mayo, bread crumbs & seasonings together in a bowl.
Preheat 1 tsp oil in skillet to med-high heat.
Cook onion & celery in oil for 3-5 minutes, until softened.
MIx onion & celery into salmon mixture.
Add 1 tbsp oil to skillet & preheat to medium high.
Form salmon mixture into patties and add to preheated oil.
Cook until browned on each side, about 4-7 minutes each.
Makes about 4 patties.
I serve with a mixture of Miracle Whip and dijon mustard (about 1 part dijon to 3 parts MW) on the side. It really adds to the flavor.
