Stir-fried Beef

Ingredients
1 pkg beef strips, cooked1/2 medium onion, chopped1 garlic clove, chopped4 green onions, chopped15 snow peas, sliced3 stalks celery, sliced5 broccoli floretts1 yellow bell pepper, chopped1 pkg mushrooms, sliced2 T sesame oil2 T soya sauce
Directions
Heat oil in wok. Add onions and garlic. Cook about 1 minute. Add snow peas, celery and broccoli. Cook 5 minutes. Add pepper and mushrooms. Stir in soya sauce.

Serve over rice with a little extra soya sauce.
